We absolutely love our new windows, patio doors, and storm door! The prairie grid is the perfect effect, giving character and a touch of class to the living room picture window and door. Located close to the airport and interstate, the noise level has been greatly minimized to almost nothing. Eric, Randy, and crew were professional and courteous. A little sprinkle didn't stop the installation. Being prepared for all situations got the job done efficiently. We highly recommend Window Depot USA of Dayton. Eric, Randy, and their team were great. The entire process was incredibly smooth - from the initial measurement and estimate to the installation and follow-up. When the window was installed, the installers were very careful and left everything neat and clean. I love my new window. Eric also was able to replace a single window that had a broken seal; several other companies wanted at least 3 windows. I would not hesitate to use Window Depot again and to recommend to my friends.

The window depot team has been very responsive from the time I got a quote until they finished the install. They showed me every step of installing my new door as I had concerns it might leak (the old one leaked bad). They were very friendly and did a fantastic job installing my new windows. I got three quotes from other window companies and they were by far the lowest and on top of that they quoted me triple pane windows! I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Eric and his team are great! No high-pressure sales or upgrades, friendly yet professional, and installed a great patio door! We replaced our 32-year-old with a new Provia door in Sandstone, with compliments nicely with our existing siding. The guys also had some floor repair to do since our old door leaked at the base, probably for several years. The job was done within a few hours and the door looks and performs great! It's easy to open, is quiet, has a locking screen, and the view through CLEAR/CLEAN glass is wonderful! When we're ready to replace our windows we'll definitely call Eric again and look forward to having Randy, Kyle, and Justin back out here to install some clean, functional. pretty windows! Over the years, I have used Window Depot both on the job and at home( I am in the property management industry). I have had great experiences with Eric. I have shopped most of the windows on the market and no one has the trifecta: the great prices, the best warranty, and his top notch customer service/sales skills. After receiving quotes from 4 different companies we decided that Window Depot USA had the best quality, installation, and warranty that could be offered for the price. Randy, Kyle, and Danny were awesome to work with. They were respectful, clean, and extremely efficient at their job. We had over 40 windows and 1 sliding glass door installed in just over 3 days without sacrificing quality of work. Hopefully I do not need to see any window people for another 20 years, but if I do I know who I am calling.

Eric Brinkman and team were absolutely wonderful to work with and to have onsite. We replaced every window in our house totaling 17 windows including two large picture windows. We also did 3 exterior doors and 2 storm doors. They not only kept each area tidy, but ensured that everything was put back the way that they found it. They hauled away all of the original windows and storms that I had stored in the garage. We could not have been happier with our selection of products but more importantly the installation!! We needed to replace eight rotted casement windows on the second level of our colonial home. Eric was extremely responsive, down to earth, and professional from the get go. There are tons of window options out there so naturally we had a lot of questions throughout the process. Unlike other companies, Eric was always very responsive but never pushy. He does not have an aggressive in-home sales tactic like other companies. Additionally he sells very high-quality yet moderately priced windows in the Joyce and ProVia manufacturing lines. He went out of his way to get us an example window That we could play with to ensure it would work well for us. We went with the ProVia Aeris casement window and it is absolutely gorgeous! It also has extremely high performance and we immediately noticed a significant decrease in temperature upstairs on the hot summer days. Finally, the guys were very professional and courteous on installation day. They put drop cloths down and cleaned up each room nicely as they worked. I highly recommend Brinkman Bros Window Depot USA and the ProVia Aeris window!

Eric and his team did a great job from start to finish. They kept the work area to a contained space and cleaned up well. Their attention to detail on the project was impeccable. They also provided day to day updates on progress and things still to come. Communication was never an issue. It was a smaller job, but I never felt any less important than any other project.

We had all of the windows in our two-story home replaced by Window Depot a few days ago. After having to reschedule our install due to rain/weather issues, (lots of rain in Ohio this summer, so it was very understandable,) Randy and his team communicated when they were on their way, showed up on time and worked hard, replacing all 12 windows in only 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves, made sure we knew how to operate the windows, and were kind and professional. The windows seem like very good quality, especially for the price, (well below competitors prices!) We chose vinyl triple pane Provia windows with the fold in cleaning functions. We have already noticed a difference in how much heat comes in from the sun and they look nice. We did notice a flaw in one of the windows, (probably due to shipping,) and they already have a new part ordered and will be fixing it soon. We are happy customers.
